As the Antenna Division General Manager, Dov Feiner is responsible for devising and executing the company's strategy since 1995. Prior to joining MTI, Dov served for 12 years in the research and development division of the Israeli Defense Force. Dov holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben – Gurion University.

Ilan Vainer, VP Research & Development
Ilan joined MTI in 1995 as an engineer in R&D. He is an expert in designing complex antennas that can withstand harsh environmental conditions. He has extensive experience in developing composite materials for antenna components and radomes. Ilan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Israel serves as both CTO and Chief Antenna Engineer at MTI. Before joining the company, Israel gained valuable experience in a technology division of the IDF. He oversees all aspects of antenna projects, from design to testing, and has a proven track record of developing MTI's most innovative antennas. Israel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Yana is the Director of Human Resources at MTI, responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions of the company. Her role includes managing recruitment, onboarding and orientation, benefits and compensation, staff wellness, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to joining MTI in 2021, Yana was the HR Manager and assistant to the CEO at the Golden Age House in Tel Aviv.

Micha Gadot has been with MTI since 2007, leading the company's Quality Assurance and Environmental Health and Safety activities with a strong emphasis on ensuring total customer satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in QA management in the High Tech industry, Gadot previously served as the Global Supplier Quality Manager at Given Imaging. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Certified Quality Management diploma from A.S.Q.
